Roll call before the bell

The register takes up the first period, and by the time it reaches the office the morning is gone.

The class teacher opens the register on the phone and taps only the children who are absent. It is designed so a class of 40 takes under 30 seconds.

The parent knows the same morning

A parent learns at 2 pm that the child never reached school.

When a parent has joined, the absence shows on their phone the same morning, in Hindi or English, with your school's name on top. Notices, fee receipts and dues arrive in the same place.

We ask that teachers mark the register every day, and that one person in your office takes our calls.

After that

Form VI has to be filed before any fee revision, and it is put together by hand from three different registers.

ParuPathsala prepares a draft from the fee heads, staff list and salary records you already keep in it, on that year's official field list, and shows what is missing before you open the department's portal.

  2. A one-page pilot letter

    It says what you get, that onboarding and the 2027‑28 session are free, and that you can stop at any time.

  3. We load your lists

    Student list, fee structure and staff list, from your Excel sheets. No Aadhaar numbers.

  4. Training, then the first roll call

    We train your office and your teachers at your school, in Hindi. Parents open a link from the school and sign in with their phone number.

Who we are

ParuPathsala is made by RSKD Group. We build it around what we see in our first schools, and we come to your school ourselves.

  1. Your school's records are stored and backed up in India. We never sell data.
  2. We never take or keep Aadhaar numbers. If your Excel sheet has an Aadhaar column, it is removed when we load it.
  3. Teachers mark attendance. No fingerprint, face scan or RFID card for children.
  4. Parents never pay to see attendance, fees, receipts or notices.
  5. You can take all your data out to Excel whenever you want, including if you leave.
  6. Children's information is never used for advertising.

What owners and principals ask us

Can we use it today?

Not yet. The first release is planned for December 2026. Right now we are meeting schools, and we will build around what we see in their offices. Schools that claim the offer now are the first we visit.

What will it cost?

Nothing, for selected schools that claim free onboarding by 31 March 2027. Setup, loading your data and training are free, and so is 1 year of access: the full 2027‑28 session. Paid plans start in April 2028 and are priced by school size. We show you the price list at the visit, and you can stop instead of paying.

Our parents don't download apps.

They don't need the Play Store. The school sends a link, it opens in the phone's browser, and it is added to the home screen once so that messages reach them. The office sees which families are not getting messages and can print the notice for them.

Our teachers aren't comfortable with phones, and the network is weak.

The roll call screen looks like the paper register. Teachers tap only the absent children. Once a teacher has signed in, it is being built to work with no signal and to send the register as soon as the phone is back online with the app open. We train your teachers at the school.

Is our data safe?

Your school's records are stored and backed up in India. Every staff member has their own login and sees only what their job needs. Every change is recorded, and so is who opened sensitive records; you can see that record. We never take Aadhaar numbers.

We already use other software.

Keep it until you are sure. We load your students and fees from its Excel file, and you can take everything out of ours to Excel whenever you want.
